I know I haven’t been posting much artwork lately but that doesn’t mean I’ve been lazy! Here is a sneak peek of several things I’ve been working on, although some are old works that just haven’t been finished because I feel that I don’t have the skills I need to finish them yet.
Top (L-R): drawing I made after the boyfriend and I talked about babies, machinery is hard to do, attempt at drawing in a new style, mermaid drawing
Bottom (L-R): a Chinese deity, the White Queen, the Red Queen, panel 1 of a slice-of-life comic I’m making
I’ve also got my first wedding-related commission in the works but I’m not showing it here because my client wants it to be a surprise. I am so giddy with excitement for this one. It’s almost done!
I’m going to push myself to finish most (if not all) of these during the weekend, despite the trip home, the visit to the doctor’s for another HPV vaccine shot, my passport renewal appointment, reading 5 books for class next week, preparation for the actual start of practicum work and the baptism I’m attending. Must find an energy source.
