Did you know that Shu Takumi’s twitpic is full of pictures of IRL Missile?
ITS MISSILE!!!
Man, now I miss my dog. He kinda looks like this, but with smaller eyes.

I bet this was really fun to do. See the whole set by Beatrice de Guigne here.
The more I see cats like this, the more I want one for myself. I want a fat smart cat. He can be friends with my dog.
How’s everyone on Tumblr these days? I haven’t been able to blog much because a lot has been happening in my personal life lately, wonderful happy things, but I’ll be back with lots of stories and goodies to share. Until then, check out my photoblog for some photos from the event that I just helped at and some ocean/ship shots (on queue and scheduled for posting from today until the end of the week).

I usually go to Greenhills when I want electronics and gadgets for cheap but rarely when I want to look for clothes and fashionable things. This time, however, it was the main reason why I decided to go to someplace that’s quite out of the way for me.

I made a trip to Greenhills to visit Elan (read about it here) and I got these super cute cloth-covered bangles. They’re very affordable at P240 for 3 pieces.

I also got this leatherette rose ring (P325) and ribbon ring (P350).

And to complete the accessories package, I got myself this Korean ribbon and pearls necklace for P395.

This origami crane necklace, I got for my sister because I love her and I think she mentioned that she wanted this when I showed her Elan’s FB page. This was the last one too, so I felt like I really had to get it. (P695)
Since I was in the Greenhills area anyway, I also decided to go around and look for clothes. Most of the stalls there were selling fashion items from Bangkok and I found 2 tops and a dress that I really liked from this stall called Apartment 8.

We eventually got them to give us all three items for P1,000 (P150 less than it should have been).
I usually regret going to Greenhills because I always end up with nothing except sore feet and bad memories of being hit left and right by other buyers. That, or squished like a sardine. So this trip was definitely good. I can’t wait till my next visit. Now, I know where exactly to go to find the things that I want.
If you’ve been following this blog for a while now, you’re likely to know that I have this inexplicable notebook addiction. No, I don’t write on them. No, I don’t take them out of their plastic wrapping if possible. Yes, they are super cute or just plain beautiful.
The last time I got a notebook for myself was 6 months ago. It’s not so much because I haven’t found ones that I wanted but more because I’ve been trying to wean myself away from buying things that I don’t even use, except it’s so hard to go cold turkey.
This past week, I gave in to the urge when this little beauty called out to me from the shelves of Fully Booked. Click the link below for more photos of the wonderful notebook.

I don’t like rodents so I’m not so sure what this is but the boyfriend said it’s a guinea pig. EDIT: Oh boyfriend, you fail me. I said it was a hamster but you said it was a guinea pig and I believed you! We were on our way out of a mall in Makati when we passed this pet store. They had all sorts of animals and when I caught sight of this cutie, I just had to stop. He (or she) was very hard to take a picture of because he ran around a lot, and super fast.

Finally, he got tired and settled in front of me, lay down on his back and did this pose. It took me a few seconds to realize that he fell asleep. Haha so adorable!

Again, I’m not a fan of rodents but you, not Mr. G. Pig, are the only exception.

Thanks for clearing that up guys. ^_^
