Hi, please help us find my friend. NOEMI LAGMAN (21, 4’10, mid-heavy build, morena) a student of Asia Pacific College, Magallanes left her house at Multinational Village, Parañaque yesterday (January 6) around 9am-10am to enroll carrying P33K. She was last seen at the entrance of Multinational Village near Duty Free, Parañaque. Her usual route going to school is from Multinational Village (Parañaque) to Heritage Hotel EDSA (Pasay) and to Asia Pacific College, Magallanes (Makati). I last got a text message from her at 9:41am and it seems she has never reached school (she was not registered at school as enrolled). Her mobile phone couldn’t be reached since last night.

Okay, fixed the new layout. My college friend helped me sort out the background issue that I had with the earlier version. And I also edited the header and links. It’s now in hot pink!

Better?

New Tumblog look! I’m especially proud of the background I made for this because I was able to pull off a non-cutesy illustration. Click on the picture to go to the main blog site and lookie at the lower left side of the screen.

I decided it was time to make my blog look more streamlined and cleaner and what’s cleaner than making it predominantly white? Nothing, right? So white it is. I’ll probably fix the headers to make them more uniformed but that’s a task for another day.

What do you think?

Oh. I have one teensy problem though. If you noticed, the background doesn’t really touch the edge of the screen and I want it to. I’ve searched for HTML solutions but wasn’t successful. If you can help or have an idea on how to fix this, please message me. Thanks!

If you were observant enough, you would have noticed that the last two artwork posts contained this particular logo. I developed this to help promote instant public recognition for my artwork, as well as future products that will contain my artwork. Well, at least, that’s the theory.

It’s pretty simple and straightforward. What do you think?

I know I haven’t been posting much artwork lately but that doesn’t mean I’ve been lazy! Here is a sneak peek of several things I’ve been working on, although some are old works that just haven’t been finished because I feel that I don’t have the skills I need to finish them yet.

I’ve also got my first wedding-related commission in the works but I’m not showing it here because my client wants it to be a surprise. I am so giddy with excitement for this one. It’s almost done!

I’m going to push myself to finish most (if not all) of these during the weekend, despite the trip home, the visit to the doctor’s for another HPV vaccine shot, my passport renewal appointment, reading 5 books for class next week, preparation for the actual start of practicum work and the baptism I’m attending. Must find an energy source.

I’ve been putting my artwork up for critique on dA for months now but only received my first critique today. I’m not complaining or whining about it because it was a wonderfully positive review of this drawing.

All the nice things nami-naito said about my drawing were really just extras to an already happy moment for me because I already felt grateful that someone took the time to write their thoughts about something that I’ve done and that I drew something that touched someone else in such an enabling way.
